He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Custer and Elizabeth Kinel Custer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane O'Brien Custer of Champion; his children, Kerry Jean of Champion and William Thomas; his daughter-in-law Ellen Buckley of Ellicott City, Maryland; and his sister Lorraine Mace of Warren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Borowski Memorial (30 Ridge Rd, Newton Falls, OH 44444). The military honors will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
