He is survived by: his wife Stefne Zawada; his children, Tami Blackiston (Russell), Robert Kohut (Diane), Gary Kohut (Barb) and John Kohut (Annette); his daughter-in-law Maryna Kohut; and his grandchildren, Corey, Tyler, Spenser Blackiston (Zoe), Josh, Trisha Kohut, Matthew Kohut, Bradyn, Bella Kohut and William Kohut.
