She was predeceased by: her parents, James Zachary and Shelia Zachary. She is survived by: her sons, Zachary, Larry, Corey and Christian; and her grandchildren, Oaklie, Heather, Kaelynn, Beau, Kohen, Hensley and Kase. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Graceland Memorial Gardens (5989 Deerfield Rd, Milford, OH 45150).
