He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Carter and Luella Carter (Staten); his son Timothy; his grandson Tyson Shey Henricks; and his siblings, Harold Carter, Wanda Dillinger, Margaret Hardin, Wilma Gray and Marilyn Shope.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Delaney; his daughter Carol Lee Henricks (Ric); his grandchildren, Chrissy Henricks (Pete), Colton Henricks, Zachary Henricks (Michaela), Jenna Esterline (Tyler), Jarod Carter and Tara Carter; his great grandchildren, Sheylee Henricks (Jaren), Ashton Henricks, Jonathan Helberg, Jaiden Woolace, Izayah Carter, Alexis Martinez, Nevaeh Schoonover and Neil Henricks; and his great great grandchild Kinzley Shey Lloyd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Krill Funeral Service - Bryan (860 W Mulberry St, Bryan, OH 43506). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at the Ney Cemetery (9 Doud Rd, Ney, OH 43549).
