It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard M. Oakes (Niles, Ohio), who passed away on April 10, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph M. Okes and Mertie B. Okes (Lilly); his daughter Melody Oakes of Niles; his daughter-in-law Christine E. Oakes Wendland (Dave) of Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Rebekah E. Gesch (Dan), Daniel Mark Oakes and Hannah Colette Schmidt; his great grandchildren, Danny and Evey Gesch; his wife Ann V. Oakes (Wilson); and his son Mark Luther Oakes.
