He is survived by: his wife Pamela Howard Scott; his children, Russel Scott (Brooke) of Howland, Carla Scott of Niles and Toni Scott of Niles; his sisters, Sharon Scott of Niles and Pamela Wolfe of Niles; and his grandchildren, Nico Scott, Corinne Scott, Tori Gilmore, Carlynn Scott and Elyse Scott.
