He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Clay (Loomis); and his siblings, Eugene Leedy, Harold Clay, James Clay, Millard Clay, Joseph Clay, Gladys Marie Ramunno (Clay) and Mary Jackson (Clay).
He is survived by: his father William Clay; his wife Lois Ann Clay (Powell); his sons, Allan D. Clay (Laura), Lawrence "Larry" W. Clay (Janie), Michael C. Powell (Shelly), Tom Wayne Tomlin and Cecil; his grandchildren, Trent (Lia) and Kylie Lumbert (Evan); his great grandchildren, Caydence, Ethan and Genevieve; and his sisters, Lula Foster (Luke) and Liza Jane Clay. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
