He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Carr and Mary Carr (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl F. Plesea; his close friend Waddell Park; his daughter Devon Carr of Youngstown; his sister Judy Leach (Ross) of Niles; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Plesea (Debbie) of Sun City, AZ and Randy Plesea of Naples, FL. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
