He is survived by: his son David Lee Suverison; his nephews, Max, Jason and Logan Suverison; his grandfather Larry Suverison, Sr.; his stepfather Chuck Gwin; his fiancée Kristi; his fiancée's children, Mikey and Serenity; his sister Catherine; and his brother-in-law Mark Moore, Jr. (Preceding David).
