She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Ray and Maxine Whitt Mullins; and her siblings, David Mullins and Donna Marino. She is survived by: her significant other Theresa Perline; her son Andrew J. Mullins (Melissa) of Niles; her sister Tracy McMillian (Ken) of Cortland; and her sister-in-law Lenore Mullins of Austintown, Ohio..
