It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Jean Painter of Niles, Ohio, born in Kane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Lawrence and Emma Manross Johnson; her husband John Reid Painter; her daughter Deborah Jean Painter; and her siblings, Betty Cyphert and Theodore "Bud" Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen K. Painter of Niles and Nancy Leskovec (Frank) of Niles; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Painter (Jessica) and Mackenzie Leskovec; and her great grandchild Keeley Brister. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
