He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bailey and Sarah "Sally" Harris Bailey; and his son-in-law Richard "Rick" Novicky. He is survived by: his wife Christine Weckerly; his children, Kimberly Novicky, Kelli Carlson (Gary), Timothy Bailey (Danielle) and Joseph Mowery; his grandchildren, Cody, Kayla Heitzer (Matt), Brooke and Tayler; and his great grandchildren, Brylee and Annalysse.
