He is survived by: his siblings, Jennifer Joseph (Edward) of Niles, Stephanie Paul (Darryn) of Austintown and Michael Rendziniak Sr. (Theresa) of Mineral Ridge; his nieces and nephews, Nikki McCracken (Joel), Michael Rendziniak Jr., Gillian Paul, Nicholas Paul and Colin Joseph; his great-nephews, Ezra and Revo; his aunts, Susie Williams (Tom) and Donna Glodde (Terrence); his close friends, Ed Snider and Pat Devanny; and his cousin Rob.
In lieu of flowers, the family request any contributions can be made in Jason's name to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County.
