He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Creech and Shirley T. Sparks Creech; and his brother Mark Creech. He is survived by: his siblings, Shawn Creech of Niles, Kathy Jones of Clearwater, Fla., Karen Harrington (Dave) of Vienna, Sharon Creech of Niles, Rhonda Paulik of Niles and Crystal Creech of Niles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Hubbard Church of the Nazarene.
