He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Lightner and Elizabeth Carris Lightner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Hayes Lightner; and his sisters, Charlene May (Walter) and Dianne Setterberg (Roy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to St. Stephen Church or the charity of their choice in Jack's name.
