He is survived by: his mother Jean McCracken Profanchik of Niles; his children, Joshua Profanchik Jr. of Liberty and Jenna Profanchik of Liberty; his siblings, Joseph Profanchik Jr. of Niles, Jennifer Profanchik of Youngsville and Rita Profanchik of Ardmore; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph III, Victoria, Jaxon, Olivia, Jace and Jhett.
