She is survived by: her parents, Larry Neal and Shirley Neal (Ogram); her brother Brian Neal (Jennifer); her niece Hannah Neal; and her close friend Randy Ross.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, material contributions should be made to Angels for Animals or St. Jude Children's Hospital, in Karen's honor.
