He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Hoffman (Antonoff) and Duane E. Hoffman; his brother Darrell; his stepfather Art Bunetta; his parents-in-law, Bob and Hazel Athey; and his aunts and uncles, Nancy, Fred, Eugene, Ann, Mickey, Rose and Ginger.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Hoffman (Athey); his children, Kenneth Hoffman Jr. (Mackenzie) of Poland and Kymberly Cottrill (Charles) of Cortland; his grandsons, Tanner and Lane Cottrill; his pets, Annie, Archie and Bentley; his cousins, Greg, Shelley, Kerri, Brock, Jill, Cindy, Michael, Freddie, Kelly, Bridget, Rachel, Chad, Joshua and Mark; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Deb Cliff, Robert, Rosemary Athey, Dr. Michael and Linda Rothaar. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
