She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clay and Stella Clay (Loomis); her husband Luther Edward Foster Sr.; and her siblings, Cecil Clay, Joseph Clay, Millard Clay, Marie Ramunno, Mary Jackson, Gene Leedy, Harold Clay and James Clay.
She is survived by: her sons, Luther E. Foster Jr. (Kathy) of Niles, Scott E. Foster Sr. (LeAnne) of Blacksburg and Mark E. Foster of Niles; her grandchildren, Chad, Carrie, Scott Jr., Sireena, Cody, Hunter and Kayla; and her sister Janie Clay of Niles. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren; one great great grandson.
