She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent James and Libre Ognibene (DiMauro); her husband Carmen; her son James DeDonato; her brother Nunzio; her sister-in-law Theresa Ognibene; her sister Rose; her brother-in-law John Carl; her daughter-in-law Clara DeDonato; her grandsons, Carmen DeDonato, III and James DeDonato; and her close friend Frank Discerni.
She is survived by: her sons, Carmen J. DeDonato Jr. of Girard and Stephen M. DeDonato (Judy) of Holland, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher DeDonato (Nicole), Danielle Marsco (Anthony), Amy DeDonato and Emily Karras (Constantine); her niece Loretta McHenry (Ron); and her aunt Mikie. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel (1884 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish – St. James (2532 Burton St SE, Warren, OH 44484).
