He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Tominey and Alice Tominey (Gildae); and his brothers, Kevin and Mark Tominey. He is survived by: his partner Patrick V. "Pete" Woodley of Niles; his daughter Nicole Soda (David) of Austintown; his siblings, Patrick Tominey (Coleen) of Niles and Peggy Cranston (Stan) of The Villages, FL; his nephew Patrick Stitt of Niles; and his granddaughter Ava. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
