It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Donald Furano of Niles, Ohio, born in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 3, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Furano and Carmella "Nellie" Furano (Paul); and his brother Joseph William Furano. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his daughter Stephanie Dominica Furano; his sister Theresa Ferrell (Furano) of Medina; his sister-in-law Julia Parsons (Yaras) of Romeoville, Illinois; his cousin Louis Furano of Warren; and his godchildren, Denise Ferrell, Dennis Garito (Jackie), Anthony Grzesiak (Sharon), Janice Garito Parson (Raymond), John Kenneth Pasquale (Denise) and Susan Rudinsky Weaver (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Donations in Richard's name may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, Warren VA or Harbor Life Hospice.
