He is survived by: his children, Vanessa O'Brien (Rodrigo Cabrera) and Christopher O'Brien of Boca Raton; his sisters, Shelia O'Brien of Clearwater, FL and Mary Clarke (Rose Burnett) of Sharpsville, PA; and his grandsons, Roman and Carmelo Cabrera.
