She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Cornwell and Josephine M Cornwell (Rudy); and her daughter Melissa Moore. She is survived by: her husband Randy L. Cummings; her daughters, Rhonda Cummings of Warren and Malinda Clay of Warren; her grandchildren, Dustin Moore (Kristia), Andrew Belknap, Chassidy Cummings (Ahmad), Greggory Teasley (Daisy), Rae-Lee Parker (Tim) and Marshall Moore; her siblings, Marcia Lazich (Bob) of Warren, Tami Weese (Todd) of Niles and William "Skip" Cornwell (Kathleen) of Florida; and her close friend Helen Shick of Niles. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
