She is survived by: her husband Juan "John" Padilla; her children, Esther Newell (Joe), Anthony Nickels Sr. (Kelly) and Robert Padilla; and her daughter-in-law Linda Nickels. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
