She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wagoner and Joyce Wagoner (Tackett); her stepmother Connie Wagoner; her siblings, Harold Wagoner, David Wagoner and Rose Polta; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Polta, James Berg and John Agne.
She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Goforth; her children, Cathy Plegge (Mark) of Salem, Donald Benjamin Goforth of Warren and Julie Sams (Jerald) of Warren; her great grandchild Krue Jenkins; her sisters, Melissa Berg of Mineral Ridge, Becky Stehura (Steve) of Fowler and April Agne (Dave) of Howland; her brother-in-law Daniel Goforth of Lisbon; and her in-laws, Frank and Ethel Stealey of Lisbon. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces and cousins.
