She is survived by: her father Scott Henry; her stepmother Tamara Henry; her mother Belinda Tate; her grandparents, Harry Ray and Helen Householder; her siblings, Dalton Henry, Haley Stewart, Ashley Tate and Austin Tate; her nieces, Lakelyn Henry and Lilly Tate; her nephew Drue Weilnau; and her pets, Polly, Lilly and Jeff. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
