He is survived by: his daughter Dianne Waldock (Tom) of Bloomdale; his grandchildren, Michelle (Shane), Shannon (Jesse), Julie (Rick), Kari (Brian) and Scott; his stepgrandchildren, Jack (Sam) and TJ (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Whitley (Eddy), Wyatt (Caitlin), Paige, Harper and Hayden; his stepgreat-grandchildren, JJ, Kenna, Laney, Isla, Ada and Kaelei; and his great great grandchild Emersyn.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
