He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. "Chick" and Mary B. Neumann (Kinny); and his brother David Neumann. He is survived by: his children, Kaycee Rader (Adam) of Findlay and Kyle Neumann (Stephanie); his grandsons, Xavier Rader (Isaiah Rader) and Steve Neumann (Cherylyn) of Arizona; and his sister Marcha Neumann of Findlay.
