She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Peter Louis Lockmiller and Nancy Lockmiller (Noblit); her son Francis "Wayne" Neier, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Lockmiller, Walter Boice, William Boice, Lucille Conrad, Minnie Conrad, Leona Spears, Jean Lanning and Norma Spears.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Neier of Toledo; and her brothers, Edward Lockmiller of North Baltimore and Byron Hall.
