She is survived by: her husband Kevin Welch; her siblings, David Crouse (John Yates), Steve Crouse (Deb) and Sue Crouse; her children, Tara Smith (Greg Tinkler), Jennifer Vanlerberg (Brian) and Shawn Welch (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Aurora Smith, Zavier Smith, William Tinkler, Jesse Vanlerberg, Noah Vanlerberg, Levi Vanlerberg, Huxley Welch and Eleanora Welch.
