She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Fuzz" Crouse and June Crouse (Smith). She is survived by: her husband Kevin Welch; her siblings, David Crouse (John Yates), Steve Crouse (Deb) and Sue Crouse; her children, Tara Smith (Greg Tinkler), Jennifer Vanlerberg (Brian) and Shawn Welch (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Aurora Smith, Zavier Smith, William Tinkler, Jesse Vanlerberg, Noah Vanlerberg, Levi Vanlerberg, Huxley Welch and Eleanora Welch.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Smith-Crates Funeral Home (515 N Main St, North Baltimore, OH 45872). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
