He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Lerma and Eva Lerma (Cantu). He is survived by: his wife Linda Tellez; his children, Michael A. Lerma of Columbus and Rachel Dunlap (Grant) of Centerville; his siblings, Felix Lerma (Chris) of Alvada, Daniel Lerma (Angie) of Findlay, Dolores Hunt of Findlay, Ellie Paniagua (Tom) of Deshler and Angela Young (Kevin) of Manistique, MI; and his granddaughters, Eva Irene Mackesy and Zoe Dunlap of Centerville.
