He is survived by: his daughter Hope McDonald (Joshua); his grandchildren, Brandon McDonald, Gavin McDonald and Kale McDonald; and his siblings, Helen Heinze (Mike), Carl Cotterman (Sue), Tom Cotterman and Jerry Cotterman.
