We announce the death of Velma Joan White of North Baltimore, Ohio, who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delton Otterbein and Evelyn M. Simon (Kistler); her husband Kenneth A. White; and her siblings, Keith, Clarence, Dean Simon and Marilyn Simon.
She is survived by: her sons, John David White (Patty) of Spokane and James D. White (Karen) of Findlay; and her granddaughter Teresa Graham (Steven) of Columbus Grove, Ohio.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
