He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Catlett and Rena Catlett; his wife Judith Ann Catlett; and his sisters, Carol Strahl, Mabel Tobin, Francis Catlett and Virgina Bohall.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Hodge (Tim); his stepsons, Brian Smith and Joe O'Neil (Sharon); his siblings, Harold Catlett, Dale Catlett (Patricia), Barb Strahl (Ronnie) and Ruth Strahl (Jim); and his grandchildren, Mikkinzi Burrows (O'Neil), Joey O'Neil, Dylan Thomas, Shane Smith and Amber Smith. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
