We announce the death of Richard Carlton Viney Sr. of North Bloomfield, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 84. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carlton and Thelma Belle Viney (Clark); and his sister Patricia Swipas (Joe). He is survived by: his children, Christine Sutton (Vic) and Rich Viney (Carrie Howells); his former wife Linda Viney; his grandchildren, Victor Sutton (Chloe), Marissa Paridon (Jason) and Colton Viney; and his great grandchildren, Briggs Paridon and Beau Sutton. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
