He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Lavezzare and Madalene Lavezzare (Brody); and his wife Goldie Ann Kimmel. He is survived by: his children, David Lavezzare of Warren and Rebecca Lavezzare (Perry Colbert) of North Jackson; and his siblings, Joseph Lavezzare (Debbie) of North Jackson, Karen Kohut (John) of Oklahoma, Linda Rembowski of Austintown and Sandra Lavezzare of North Jackson.
