She is survived by: her husband Douglas Boylen; her children, Chrissy Johnson and Adam Boylen; her grandchildren, Danielle Ecrement, Cassandra Cheek, Kobie Gump, Kaira, Gaige, Ryan and Brandi; and her sister Carol Jones. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
