He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard H. Pearce Sr. and Lillian Teasley; his stepmothers, Minnie Mae Howell and Zadie Pearce; and his brothers, Leonard Jr., Elijah Pearce, Napolean and Billy Earl Howell.

He is survived by : his brothers, William (Leola) of New Jersey, Earnest (Katherine) of Dallas, Harold of Youngstown and Bishop Clossie (Laura) of Crowley; his stepbrother Charles Townsend of Youngstown; his sister Glenda Pearce Forrester of Youngstown; his stepsisters, Bernice Howell of Queens and Katie Berger of Youngstown; his cousin Johnny Branch; and his sister-in-law Belinda Pearce. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Celebration of life services will follow at 11:00 a. m. Guest are asked to wear masks.
