She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Hawk and Leona Buck Hawk; her husband Raymond W. Hurd; her granddaughter Kaitlyn Murray Hurd; her siblings, Freda Jones, Eileen, Stella Bowdler, Janet Stickler and Wilbur Hawk; her stepbrothers, Ronald and Howard Williams; and her sister-in-law Muriel Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Hurd of Defiance, OH, Nancy Valentine (Phillip) of Canfield and Anita Gillam (Bryce) of Columbiana. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
