We are sad to announce that, on March 24, 2026, at the age of 95, Adi Louise Trepak of North Olmsted, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Skiver and Chauncey Van Skiver; her husband John D. Trepak; her sister Vera Muir (William); and her pet Bandit.

She is survived by: her children, Gerald Stephens (Georgene), Charlotte Groves (George), Elizabeth Dupree, Gloria Rothas (David) and John Trepak, Jr.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

In Louise's honor, donations can be made to North Olmsted Assembly of God.
