He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Michalski and Stella Michalski; his wife Patricia Michalski; and his siblings, Bernadette Konn, Helen Kosakowski and Robert Michalski.

He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Marie Griffin and Ruth Ann Duncan (Harry); his grandchildren, Amber Marie Michalski, Breanna Griffin, Amber Dawn Gabrielli (Gary) and Patrick Duncan (Rebekah); his great grandchildren, Aiden, Macie and Lucas Duncan; his siblings, Joseph Michalski (Donna), Carol Zuanaich, Mary Jane Fritz, Richard Kosakowski (Lori), George Kosakowski (Bonnie) and David Kosakowski (Monica); and his close friend Isabell Plicka Klonowski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
