Barbara Jean Kolodey Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 12, 2025, at the age of 93, Barbara Jean Kolodey of North Olmsted, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mehalko and Bertha Mehalko; and her sisters, Eleanor Holroyd and Joan Frederick. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Kolodey, Bill Kolodey (Cathleen) and John Kolodey (Ania); her grandchildren, Brad Kopczyk, Brieana Morris (Chris), Evan Kolodey (Taylor), Daniel Kolodey and Matthew Kolodey; her great grandchildren, Tryston, Trynity, Lukus and Justin; and her sister Nancy Remer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve in Barbara's honor.
