He is survived by: his wife Christine; his pet Penny; his siblings' children, Jessica, Rebecca, Joey, Thomas C., Jessica C., Faith, Paige, Christian, Mason, Dawn, Beata, Justin, Christopher and Thomas; his mother Gwenn Minke; his brothers, Jeff, Benjamin and Jeremy; his friend Church; Jaxen.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, an organization close to Brad's heart.
