Brian K. Tench Obituary

Brian K. "Cheech" Tench, 55, of North Olmsted, peacefully passed away on December 10, 2018 with his family by his side. He was born in Garfield Heights, the son of the late Edward F. and Evelyn (nee Hudak) Tench. Brian is the beloved husband of Janice (nee Linke); loving father of Ryan (LaRaine) Tench, Melony (Roland) Bowie and Justin (Shelby) Tench; cherished grandfather of Nate Napier, Kameryn Bowie and Kole, Sophie and Cylas Tench; dear brother of James (Maureen), Edward (Peggy), Robert (deceased) and Alan (Vivian) Tench and brother-in-law of Kristii (John) Daniel; adored grandson of Mary Tench; devoted uncle and cousin of many.

In each of these names lies a piece of his soul; And in each of their hearts is a newly made hole. For Brian was not just an average man – He worked his whole life for his children and Jan. He loved to play host for his family and friends Grilling out in the yard where the laughs never end! He was happiest napping on a warm sandy beach And meeting the fans who thought he was Cheech.

He gave without taking; he led without fear And it's hard to believe that he's no longer here. May these memories stay upon our horizon; May the sun never set on the light that is Brian. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 3PM-8PM at the Sunset Chapel in Sunset Memorial Park, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted.
