He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Kadar. He is survived by: his wife Donna Kadar; his children, Stormie Kadar, Quentin Worthy and Ronnie Kadar; and his siblings, Al Kadar and Nancy Kadar.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Lakota (Sioux) St. Joseph's Indian School and Compassion International in his honor.
