He is survived by: his children, Brian and Jenny Miko; his grandchildren, Kaeley, Claire Miko, Ally, Matthew Herman, Brooklyn and Denver Teresi; his brother Jim Miko (Diane); his sibling's children, Barbara van der Biezen (Michael), Debbie Nicholas (Mark), Chris Miko (Julie) and Becky Hasse (Doug); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Jenna van der Biezen, Jordan Nicholas (Joe Meckler), Paige Pedraza (Nick), Sophie, Noah Miko, Felix and Ina Hasse.
