He is survived by: his wife Marjorie June; his children, Jennifer Linville (Joe) and James Johns; his grandchild Courtney Linville; his great grandchild Chloe Tyrer; his sister Sharon Tennison; his children, Wendy (Gary), Cindy (Tommy), Kandy (Don) and Randy Albertus; his sibling's children, John, Diane, Mark, Lisa, Michael, Tammy, Heidi and Jim Fravel; Norman Berghaus.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cleveland APL in David's honor.
