He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; his parents, Ella Chonko and Matthew Chonko; and his brother Donald Chonko. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Chonko-Kerr (Glenn), Daniel (Laura), Douglas (Beth), Eileen Roach (Rob) and Thomas (Laura); his grandchildren, Annemarie, Coletta, Brianna, Brendan, Megan, Allison, Colin, Kaitlin, Kyle, John, Bryan, Mikey, Alyssa and Ryan; his great grandchild Gabriella; and his sibling Sandy Taft.
