He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Zayac and Dorothy Zayac; and his wife Rita Zayac. He is survived by: his sons, Kyle Zayac and Ryan Zayac (Amber); his granddaughter Reese Zayac; his sister Paulette Davis (Bob); and his friend Nancy Fedak. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
